GRADE A PLUS Selected Among Top 3 Winners at CLUSTER4GREEN Pitching Competition

 We are proud to share that GRADE A PLUS was selected as one of the three winning SMEs in the CLUSTER4GREEN Sustainable Investment Pitching Competition, organized by Berytech during Green Innovation Days 2022 in Beirut, Lebanon.

Out of 29 applicants, 10 SMEs were shortlisted to pitch their sustainable business models. GRADE A PLUS was awarded a €3,000 sustainability voucher, which will be used to collaborate with a sustainability expert and further develop our environmental, social, economic, and territorial impact. 

Our selection was based on our mission to revive a forgotten natural resource sheep wool by addressing both environmental and social challenges. We were inspired by the struggles of local farmers, the harmful practice of wool burning, and the health risks associated with widespread synthetic materials like Dacron, which may cause skin, respiratory, and even cancer-related complications.

At GRADE A PLUS, we chose to give wool a second life, reintroducing it to the market in an industrial, eco-friendly, and modern way. 
Through our SoilPlus pellets and other wool-based products, we aim to support farmers, reduce toxic waste, and offer healthier, sustainable alternatives for agriculture and households.

We’re honored to have been recognized alongside Garbalizer and Lebanon Waste Management and are committed to continuing our journey toward innovation, circular economy, and sustainability.
